Egg Yolk and Avocado Face Pack

Great in omega-3 fatty acids, avocados are extremely moisturizing without blockage pores and cab be used perfectly for transitioning skin to calmer, dryer temperatures.  Avocados will also contain Vitamin C, a usual skin brightener for any dark spots you might have freshly acquired.


This face packacts as a greatrecipe for acne prone skinas it reduces the excess oil present on the face. 

Take half of the ripe avocado, 1 Egg white and finally 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.

Smash up the avocado with a spoon and put in the egg white and lastly lemon juice.

Apply this mixture on to your face and keep it for about 10 to 15 minutes and just be careful not to get it into your eyes and nose.

When it gets dried, wash your skin with warm water and make it dry with a soft piece of cloth.


Avocado and Buttermilk Face Mask

This face mask is extremely nourishing to dry skin. You can also have this mask on frizzy and dry hair as well. Take 1/4th of a ripe avocado, 1 tablespoon of buttermilk or a heavy cream and small amount of flour or cornstarch. Mix all the ingredients well and add smashed avocado also. Apply this paste on face and neck. Keep it for about 15 minutes and wash it off away.


Moisturizing Facial Scrub

Avocado oil is known to only few people but really acts as greatcarrier oil. You can this oil you are using popular Argan, olive oils and even coconut oils.

Buy it from store and use a small cotton ball to rub it on the face previously you spread on makeup or after you have washed your face before time for bed.

You can also use this oil in face masks and scrubs. Here is the process of making a perfect facial scrub by the use of avocado oil.  Take 1 tablespoon of avocado oil and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar. Blend the avocado oil and the brown sugar and rub on this facial scrub onto your face in a small circular motion. After sometime rinse it warm water. The brown sugar exfoliates your skin while the avocado oil acts as a moisturizer. You can use this scrub on your whole body as well.
