Heavily salted foods, refined carbohydrates, carbonated drinks and even chewing gum can cause excess belly bloat.

Chewing gum causes you to intake extra air which creates an instant stomach bulge.  Indulging in refined carbs such as white pasta, rice and bread cause insulin levels to increase which causes fat stores to accumulate in the stomach. Carbonated drinks contain loads of sugar which distends the stomach. Lastly, stay away from salted foods which can cause water retention in the abdominal region.

If I eat three health meals a day why should I even think of using supplements? This seems logical.
