Strawberries

Apples

Spinach
Spinach is sprayed with 48 different pesticides to prevent damage caused by the leaf minor beetle. Buy frozen spinach because it's washed and blanched before it's frozen.
Peaches
Peaches are the biggest culprits of them all. Soft skinned fruit is tougher to wash and more vulnerable to pesticides. Peaches are sprayed with over 62 different pesticides. Always buy peaches organic.
Grapes
Since grapes have soft skins like peaches, they are naturally more vulnerable to pesticide residues. Soak your grapes in a little vinegar and water before eating.
